Elizabeth Harding LMFT

I'm Elizabeth Harding, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #135626) in private practice in downtown Petaluma. I offer in-person sessions at my Petaluma office and telehealth for clients located anywhere in California. I work with adults, teens 15 and up, and couples. My work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and the Gottman Method. Clients often come in navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship strain, life transitions, or old patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard they've tried to change them. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. In-network with UnitedHealthcare and Aetna; private pay also accepted. Available Monday through Thursday.
